Discover the Loakan Charity Foundation, Inc. (LCFI)
The Loakan Charity Foundation, Inc. (also known as DJLF Foundation, Inc.) was born from the vision of a passionate group of PMA graduates and former cadets (PMAyers) in the United States. Their mission was to turn gratitude into action, to give back to the Academy what it had given to them, and to ensure the eternal pursuit of youthful dreams. Each PMAyer shares the same dream they had when they first entered the Academy – a dream that continues to burn within their hearts, no matter where they are in life. LCFI stands as a tax-exempt, nonprofit foundation, dedicated to providing a platform for the generous donation of funds in support of the Loakan Educational Assistance Project (LEAP) by members of LCFI (formerly DJLF) and the DJLF Charity Philippines, Inc. (DCPI).

VISION
LCFI envisions to provide young people in our targeted locality the opportunity to attain an excellent higher education and its members obtain the assistance they need.
MISSION
Our mission is to: (1) provide the financial means whereby (academically qualified but financially challenged) high school graduates can pursue and complete their college education, and (2) provide its members financial assistance as necessary.
